Chinese Tea?

I do, I love this shit. Always have it when I’m at Chinese restaurants, and I didn’t know you can purchase it. I picked some up at a local Chinese supermarket, 70p for a huge packet. Now that’s what I call a good deal.
So who drinks it?
There is a lot of benefits to drinking Chinese tea, it helps to relax and refresh the brain.
Even british tea is healthier
Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers
